✨ EPISODE 6✨ was a top tier session thanks to our special guests — radio personality On Air Mike and actor Alphonso Settles, with panelists Fashun Rivers, Kyle Rivers and Carnegie Wise.

Next Saturday, July 22nd, The Safe Spot's 𝗗𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸: 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 series will pick up and end season 1 with our panelists and speakers discussing lessons learned within their journeys of fatherhood and future aspirations. We will be joined by co-owner and co-founder of — Carlton Brown, decorated Marine Corp veteran, playwright, founder of the Port Huron Cheetahs and owner of K&K Woodburning Art, Keith Rivers with panelists and local community greats— Tyrone Burrell, founder of SONS Outreach, Kevin Nicefield, owner of Setting Trendz, sports coach and hip hop recording artist Dwayne Kidd as well as entrepreneur, host and music artist Tamar Porter Sr.. with returning moderator Donovan Schooler with Justin Kindle to bring the vibes. 💕🤘🏾I'm beyond honored to have this special line up of great men and dads share space with all of us.

Another great project completed for a wonderful customer of ours. This beautiful Memorial plaque. Both Kora Lee and I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people who also enjoy the work that we do for them. We don't feel that what we do here at K&K is a job,but moreover a commission to bring some degree of happiness to those who grace our lives.Truly a blessing here at K&K and we appreciate you!

My lovely wife KoraLee and I just completed this sports box for another great customer of ours. Over the years we have done many projects here at K&K and we never get tired of doing what we do. It is such a great passion of ours and we hope to do many more.😊

I just completed this personalized box for my lovely wife KoraLee and she loves it! The owl on the top stands for wisdom and the wolf on the sides personify love and devotion to family. And of course I had to put her lovely face somewhere on the box so I placed that front and center.🥰😊😁

My lovely wife and I did these two plaques for our lovely niece who wanted to present one to her Dad and one to her Grandmother in honor of her Granddad (Kora Lee’s dad) Richard Kilbourn, who I affectionately called “Pops”.
This was the most difficult work that we have done to date because his loss is still very fresh on all of our hearts. I can honestly say that both of these were done with both our skills and our tears.
We were unsure if we wanted to post them at first but then decided that the best way to honor him was with our work as he always loved to see what projects that we were working on. He always took a keen interest in what we were doing and always showed his delight in what we had accomplished. Here’s to you Pops. Always in our hearts and never forgotten. ♥️
