finally brought to life a vision I’ve had for over a year when I bought a Facebook marketplace vintage fabric haul. this quilted coat of many colors used what I’m *guessing* was upholstery fabric in the 70s, along with corduroy plackets and pockets and a bright yellow binding.
be honest, is it too much? sometimes I can’t tell anymore 😂😂

Need some reasons to join us at Art Hop next Friday the 4th? We’ve got quite a few. With the new addition of the Arts Council Greater Kalamazoo Art Hop Trolley, getting down to Jerico from downtown just got a lot easier!

Plus, we’ve got a great line up of artists, music, and events here. Don’t miss out on the all ages open studio at guild, live music at Fiddle Leaf Cafe with Nicholas Graham Hall, or a chance to meet the new management at The Clover Room! Nikki Horner and Emily Betros will be having an open house, along with their neighbors at hush house EIGHT THIRTY SEVEN®︎ and Betty Hamilton. Grab a bouquet from Blue Hare Flower Farm | Monica Kovach in the cafe and make sure to head upstairs to shop handmade jewelry from Marie Kappenman.
