It was cupcake week around here - surprise birthday cupcakes for a friend! Ultra Vanilla Cupcakes - I had some leftover buttermilk and a splash of cream that I used in place of the dairy. These came together quick and were ready to go in an hour!

Baked Apple Cider Donuts. Feeling like fall around here and the donut/doughnut pans were on sale. So, here we are. The crunch of the cinnamon sugar and the softness of the dough is a fantastic balance. Happy fall baking! - fantastic recipe!

Graduation season is here and I’ve made a few things this weekend to help families celebrate! Gluten free cheesecake-marbled brownies, gluten free lemon meringue bars (a repeat from a few posts back), and mini French fruit tarts (not gluten free).
