We are starting to get this steak thing down to a science. This is a “rare” thing for us as we “rarely” eat red meat. So when it comes time to cook it, I have to be careful. 5 minutes on each side lightly seasoned and covered in sautéed onions and mushrooms. A job “well done”???🤣
