It’s one thing to make the sourdough… And it is a wild to me how few people show what they actually do with that visually striking loaf they just made. Is it even real if we don’t get to see you eating it? If it can pass the crumb check, and it can pass the squeeze test, it should have no problem passing the taste test 😝
All that being said Stephen in fact also tastes delicious. I made a couple of very taste cast iron grilled cheese sammies today for and myself. We were not disappointed 😌
This was a grilled cheese with turkey, prosciutto, pepperoni, basil, smoked Gouda, cheddar Gruyere, and black garlic… all on fresh Stephen sourdough 😊
