Our trays are handcrafted from genuine reclaimed whiskey barrels.

The barrel heads are reassembled back to their original state, sealed on the bottom to preserve the beautiful char and then waxed with food safe bees wax.

Happy National Pumpkin Day 🎃 Grab yourself some pumpkin chili, pumpkin chip and pumpkin beer (with a cinnamon rim, of course)!
Pumpkin Crockpot Chili
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground Turkey
1 onion chopped
14.5 oz diced tomatoes canned
15 oz pumpkin purée canned
15 oz chili beans canned or home cooked
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add ground Turkey and chopped onion. Cook until turkey is crumbly and no longer pink. Drain and discard fat.
2. Transfer turkey and onions to crockpot and stir in all remaining ingredients.
3. Set crockpot to low heat. Cover and cook for 3 hours.
