That’s service! 🍳 Day 3 closed out the 2026 Shared Kitchen Summit, the only conference built for shared kitchen operators.

Our final day was packed with QuickFires, breakouts, and big ideas. A few takeaways we’re bringing home:

Day 2 of the 2026 Shared Kitchen Summit: shorter on sessions, big on ideas, and then we hit the road 🚌

Girard Newkirk of genesisblockilm opened the morning with Food as Infrastructure, making the case that food is the missing link in local economic development.

In the afternoon we left the conference room behind for the Providence Shared Kitchen Bus Tour, visiting Hope & Main, Farm Fresh Rhode Island , Sankofa Community Kitchen SankofaPVD , and NAVAD Bakers to see the local food ecosystem up close. Huge thanks to our hosts for opening their doors! 🙌
