Creamcheese whipped topping for our Keylime Cheesecake, part 4 This whipped cream is a sturdy and holds up in warmer temperatures. I've made this over twenty years. This is so creamy and delicious.
Ingredients:
* 4 ounces of cream cheese
* 2 & 1/2 tbsp of sugar
* 1 topping vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
* 1 cup & 2tbsp of heavy whipping cream

Lovely weekend at coastal Westport Wa. Peaceful day strolling the beach and Marina. Alot of walking and enjoyed a yummy dinner at Bennentts Fish Shack. We had a nice view of the ocean from our hotel room.

Beef and Cheese Enchiladas in the oven. Precooked my seasoned thin sliced beef in the crockpot. Covered the beef with Pico de Gallo. All I had to do once the beef was done was shred beef and some cheese. It didn't take long to fill these enchiladas and what a delicious dinner.

Sunshine in a slice! A slice of this lemon cake. This box of lemon cake or bread was delicious and hit the spot for a little week night dessert. In less than an hour mixed, baked iced and ready to eat. It was perfect with a cup of decaf coffee. What's your favorite semi homemade dessert to have on a week night?
