Quick trip to Tucson to see Shinedown. We sang, we jumped, we rocked, we reminisced. These guys put on an amazing show🤘

We had the BEST jackfruit tacos and Mexican Food Tumerico (seriously can’t stop thinking about that green salsa), beers Pueblo Vida Brewing Company®️ and even found a few hours to enjoy the pool and the mountain view’s Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa

Looking forward to the next album and the next chance to explore more of Tucson.

Three years into this weight lifting journey and I’ve leaned that real results take time. Trust. Persistence. Endurance. Mental stamina.

The transformation was slow and steady. Then one day I found I was staring at a different version of myself in the mirror.

Curvy. Confident. Nourished. Fearless. Happy.

And I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have a great personal trainer in your corner. Someone who educates you, pushes you beyond what you think you’re capable of and celebrates along the way.

Thank you for always showing up and pushing me to be my best. If you’re looking for a trainer, he’s the real deal.

10 miles, 5 hours, 876 elevation gain.

Got a little lost. Had a close encounter with a rattlesnake and one minor injury.

Spring was in the air and the wind kept@us cool. It was a gorgeous day for an adventure!
