It’s been a busy summer with our new mobile perfume bar that we launched in June. Here are 5 takeaways.

1) I had the idea of taking the perfume making experience on the road to markets but wasn’t sure if it was going to work. I didn’t really know how to make it happen but I put a display together pretty quickly and went from there.

People have been raving about the experience of creating their own scent and fun label! Customers have commented on how unique our idea is and they’ve been showing up at events because their friends told them about it.

Some of the scents haven’t been getting a lot of love but that’s ok. We will pivot and bring in new scents that hopefully will become customer favorites.

This one may seem obvious because who wants to do much of anything in the intense summer heat right?! We have learned that the mobile perfume bar does best when the temperature is a little bit more tolerable and our tent isn’t in direct sunlight.

I have been dubbed “perfume lady” this summer and it’s a nickname I wear with pride! I love that word is getting out about our mobile perfume bar and people want to come experience it for themselves.
