Meet A Brave Little Quakeress by E.P. Roe, published in 1892. 🤎

This little antique clothbound book still has its original decorative cover, beautifully aged pages, and even an old handwritten inscription inside. I love finding pieces like this that have clearly lived a whole life before making their way to Resurrection Resale.

Well… this might be my favorite weird find yet. I think I wanna call it..

'The Devil went to Taco Bell' 😂😈

Apparently someone, at some point in history, looked at a blank piece of black fabric and thought:

"You know what this needs? A devil sitting on a toilet."

And then THEY HAND PAINTED IT. 😂

He’s signed. He’s framed. He’s 22.5 inches tall. His old wooden frame has definitely seen some things… and frankly, so has he.

I have absolutely no explanation for this piece, but I am obsessed with the fact that it exists.

Today was a good day at Resurrection Resale.

The brass giraffes found their new home this afternoon… and then a few hours later, CHA-CHING again! 🔔 Our little brass bell is headed off to its new home too. 🤍

I swear, hearing that Etsy cha-ching will never get old. 😂

I just found out our beautiful vintage solid brass candelabra is headed all the way from Texas to SWEDEN! 😭🇸🇪

And honestly, this is exactly what Resurrection Resale is all about.

There's something pretty incredible about an old brass candelabra that's already lived so many years and collected a story of its own… now being carefully packed up in Texas and traveling across the world to begin an entirely new chapter in Sweden.

Old things aren't done just because their first story ended. Sometimes they just need to find where they belong next. 🖤
