Reposting since my last one sounded like one of the Chipettes from Alvin and the Chipmunks!

Join me Frances as I put together a concept for a swanky neutral and NEVER Boring living Room for a historic property.�I’m a big wallpaper person and love to mix and match prints. I love how the Farrow and Ball Orangerie and Polka Square perfectly complement each other, then bringing in some pop colors to add to the whimsy. ��Here we have and ball for the main living and Lemieux et Cie for the bathroom, pottery barn and Interior Define swatches for the upholstered pieces.

I'm a big wallpaper person and love to mix and match prints. I love how the Orangerie and Polka Square perfectly compliment each other. Then let's bring in some pop colors to add the whimsy. ✨🫶

While design can be deemed a luxury and may seem trivial in this world that is so incredibly heavy right now, with so many problems , I hope it's something that can bring some light. Only light can get you through the dark. If you don't have it, you must find it in the little corners of your own world.

Add another hat as short order cook for the design assistant and cute but needy mini Aussie 👩‍🍳

Then the fun work begins going over schedules and choosing paint colors for my client with many many rooms. I still need a few more samples so off to the city I go!

But first- Round 2 of Caortado bc IYKYK

Headed to visit and Madison square park is one of my favorite spots in NY . It's remind me of the parks you see in Lady and the Tramp or Peter Pan.
I love the team over at Flatiron who have worked with me since Day 1. Check out their beautiful samples!

When I go to the city, I like to meet up with old friends for a very necessary hot bourbon apple cider . Ching Ching!

We could not stop cracking up about the kale and cabbage arrangements around the city. 🍴😂

But man; that bourbon hit on the train ride home 🫩
