My last food post for today. Had so much fun with friends tonight and want everyone to know about this deliciousness! I already posted a few desserts and an amazing peach app, now onto dessert liqueurs. Asked the group who wanted coffee and no one was really interested...until I mentioned having Baileys and Kahlua. Then I had lots of takers! Turns out the favorite liqueur of the night was Amarula from Capetown. The label says it's made from marula fruit. A friend said she thought it tasted like chocolate milk. :)

Love peaches and a little heat? This bruschetta with peach salsa and melted brie is an amazing, flavorful, easy and impressive app to whip together. Didn't grab a pic before everyone dove in. Glad I have a little bit leftover for tomorrow! Peaches, fresh cilantro and lime with a dash of red pepper really wows.

I'm not sharing my leftovers. :) Thanks Cooking Light magazine!

For the past (almost) 6 years, I play cards with a great group of women each month. We take turns hosting so when my month rolls around, I scroll through online recipes for easy, impressive items. Happy that I came across these Boston Cream Bites from Betty Crocker. Everyone loved them & asked for the recipe. Too good to keep it to myself. Thanks Betty!

Made these incredible chocolate chip brownie swirled with cheesecake bites tonight & they were a big hit for a little bite! These are now part of my rotation since they take about the same amount of time as regular brownies, but with the added fabulousness of cheesecake!
