It’s been awhile since we posted on here!
We’ll we’ve been busy making a little something that should be arriving any day now!
We’re super excited for another pair of hands to help us after the holiday seasons!
Thanks for sticking by during these quiet times on us selling pieces, we will be back in a couple months after some much needed rest after taking care of our second little boy 💙

Lumber and leather tagged teamed on this project together! Disrupt the Disorder client wanted an upscale look on a vintage Bassett desk.
We added fluting to the drawer fronts, fun accent pulls and replaced the tired leather blotters with new freshly dyed ones.
Such a fun pop of color to add to an office to have some fun at work!
We hope you like this piece as much as we do!

Refinished 8 drawer mcm dresser. Vertical slat detail with top two drawers stained walnut to see the gorgeous grain. Bottom 6 drawers and body are painted in a lovely gray tan color and the top is pionite aka laminate aka durable! Complete win!
Some wear consistent with the age of the beauty (1964) but updated with a clean look.

We got to create this 6ft beauty with a lattice design front. Back inside has a long shelf for all the goodies.

Perfect fall color pair.
This mix match to match pair was turned from tired and funky to timeless and fresh.
Kept the original hardware for the side table and changed out the hardware for the China cabinet.
Valspar color clients chose: fireweed 🔥

Can’t wait to see how Disrupt the Disorder stages these pieces for them after a revamp of their living area!

Gentle blue giant!
Collaborated with Disrupt the Disorder again.

Together we turned this weathered old desk into something to be proud to work at from a newly renovated office.
Hubby even got to play with some more leather and made these handsome dyed leather handles to compliment the original feet.

Made this quick sheath cover this morning to cover this nice sharp edge.

Happy Labor Day everyone!
This labor of love piece took a tad longer than anticipated to complete; supply purchases delayed and I broke my foot which slowed the process for a bit.
This piece started at a nearly bare body, and after stripping it back completely I had to change my original design due to some water damage found on the drawers, but don’t worry all is cleaned up, reinforced and good to go to it’s new home!
But my cane dresser with a twist still came out pretty well!

Was asked by Disrupt the Disorder to refinish this little gem for a client of theirs for their newly renovated kitchen. I think this dark forest green color compliments the oiled raw wood underneath perfectly and a touch of brass on a simple handle pull is just what sets this little desk apart!

This piece isn’t meant to be perfect. It’s meant to show the old, and I added a little new.
It started out rough. Wood, , just peeling off. Broken feet either broke off or crumpling. Water damage top.

My husband has been wanting a lane cedar chest (Lane, since we moved to Virginia and they are from here) and I just love old furniture (preferably MCM). He wanted one for our son to store items and memories to gift to our kiddo when he grows up and moves out from all our adventures and fun. I was gifted this beautiful piece that had lots of love and it showed it. I cleaned it up, repaired the feet and glued the trim work that was coming off, back on. Added some in to the top and bottom to add some pop of color to give this piece a slight face lift. I finished it up with a good buffed to bring back the thirsty wood and brighten up the dingy color to its once glamorous tone.
This piece already holds a lot of sentimental value and will only grow in time. Maybe one day when the kiddo grows up we can restore it completely together.
