With deep sadness, we share the passing of our beloved and longtime history teacher, Kathleen Kennedy.
Ms. Kennedy was an exceptional educator who cared deeply for every student and inspired generations to reach their fullest potential. Two colleagues said this about Kathleen:
"She was always open to collaborating, opening her home and classroom to connect with those she worked with. Her laughter was contagious, and her sense of humor was a joy to experience. Her warmth, intellect, and devotion to AHA leave an indelible legacy." — Mary Poepping
"Kathleen’s sense of adventure inspired her many students to explore the world and entertain new ideas. She made students feel safe, strong, and successful while exploring life’s possibilities. She was truly a legend who had a deep impact on both students and colleagues." — Chris Anderson '71
