ans for the rest of his college years. In November of 2013 Samuel started taking pottery classes at Rosewood Pottery, a local Richmond pottery, and now is an independent study there. Samuel lives and produces functional pottery in Ashland, VA under the brand name 580Pottery. Now Samuel is making his way into Richmond’s pottery community with volunteering and showings. Samuel is the founder and owner of SLGD, a local Richmond, VA marketing company founded in 1995 that helps small businesses in digital marketing with a focus on website development and social media strategies. The meaning behind the name 580Pottery reveals his passion for his craft:

After 15 years of playing and competing, he's one step away from qualifying for the World Championship in Las Vegas, NV.
