Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. This means that if a Scentsy product stops working due to a manufacturing issue, Scentsy will replace it for free.
Here are some other things to know about Scentsy's warranty:
You can return damaged products to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement at any time.
You can return products in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Scentsy does not offer refunds.
Scentsy Air Purifiers also come with a limited lifetime warranty.
Warming Scentsy Oils in a Scentsy Warmer will not void the warranty.
