Here at Miss Mustard Seed’s® Milk Paint, it’s our mission to provide quality refinishing products that are safe for our customers, good for the planet, and represent our deep love for the simple beauty of MilkPaint™. When Marian Parsons (our founder) introduced this milk paint line in 2012, she hadn’t dreamed that her idea to give a fresh face to an ancient paint would take off the way it has. The plans for this brand were very small, but hundreds of retailers and thousands of customers believed in this curious powdered milk paint and the wonderful finishes we designed, making this a much bigger story.

It’s now a story about a love of milk paint that is growing with each bag sold, each workshop taught, each piece of furniture that is transformed. It’s a story that starts with natural ingredients and, when it’s mixed with water and the color of the pigments come to life, it becomes our very favorite paint in the world.
