🍂 A little day trip to Buena Vista, Virginia!

What a fun day exploring a small-town festival, meeting local business owners, and discovering some beautiful antiques, artwork, and unique little shops!

From young families starting their own businesses to couples bringing old buildings back to life, I loved hearing their stories and seeing their creativity. One of my favorite stops was a charming plant shop filled with greenery, vintage treasures, and so much character!

As an interior designer, I’m always drawn to places where old things are given new life and every little detail has a story.

But what I enjoyed most was meeting the people behind it all. ❤️

Small towns, beautiful finds, and wonderful people. Sometimes that’s all the inspiration you need!

If you missed it on Tuesday, we officially revealed our newest redesign… The Carter Office Design! 🤍

One of my favorite parts of this project was helping Sandra fall in love with her office again. She wanted a space that functioned like a true office but also felt timeless and flowed beautifully with the rest of her home. 🏡

That’s what I love most about what I do. So many people have a space that’s been sitting on their “I’ll get to it someday” list. I love taking that weight off their shoulders so they can enjoy their home again and move on to the things that matter most.

One thing I’ve learned is that after a long, busy day, what most people truly want is a home that feels like a peaceful retreat.

Creating spaces that bring a sense of calm, comfort, and beauty is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
