So,…We’re doin a thing.
Lots of pretty big news, think.
For those who have been following for a while, and my family and friends who’ve supported me…I humbly thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I remember the crap I gave you for Christmas that first year….
Anyway, we’re having an event.
I am inviting all of my special clients to come see us on July 12th.

Mandi and I are hosting a visit for a friend and mentor. And I’d love for you all to meet him.

He touched my life, and helped me to be able to make the special plaques, and signs that mean so much to all of you.

If you’d like to drop by and say hi, please do.

We will have a few other carvers from Maine and New Hampshire, to spend some time carving and sharing some stories.
We will be carving from 10:00 am until whatever time of day we decide we’re done.

Attention Vermont and New Hampshire Residents! I’m taking my show on the road this summer. I’m offering the Massachusetts LTC class for those who have friends or family in Mass, Hunt in Mass or just like to visit Mass to take the Massachusetts Non-Resident LTC. We will be at Parro’s Gun Store in Waterbury, VT Monday July 6, 2026 from 10:30-4:30. $150 per person.

Next stage, halcyon.
After cleaning everything with denatured alcohol, and drying it off, I applied 3 coats of gloss clear halcyon,and the first of 3 coats of satin clear.
I’ll sand this coat with 320 grit, and then apply the halcyon with a brush.
After this cures, I’ll flip her over and do the same thing.

Almost time for paint.

Epoxy has been sanded, texture has been wire brushed. This will aid in the adhesion of the final clear coats.
Tomorrow this will get a denatured alcohol cleaning, and the first coats of clear will be applied.

Home stretch! Only about a week to go!…
