Living my dream of helping you thrive while sharing the benefits of creative expression and creating original art. My passion for art, design, and quilting began in my youth, after watching my grandmother magically transform yards of fabric into clothing. I shared my first quilt with her, and we began creating together. After finishing the program at RIT, I opened a graphic design studio and began

designing custom marketing materials for clients. After many years in the marketing industry, my passion for quilting was strengthened by making a custom quilt for the newborn who was about to enter and transform my life. What joy I got from discovering how my graphic design training and experience strengthened my quilt designs. I brought it all together and began designing and making original modern quilts, and memory quilts (tee-shirt quilts) for clients. My focus shifted, and I pursued a career in mental health by becoming a licensed therapist. I discovered how creative expression bridges the strong connection between mental health and creativity. The ability to nurture and express emotions through color and creativity is a profoundly fulfilling experience that I now share with my clients by guiding their healing journey.

I was inspired to fold the fabric, and it formed a tube. After I stitched it and opened it up, I knew it was done. I added some fun decorative machine stitching to enhance and stabilize the folds. My handmade pot holders range from 6" to 8" W/H and include a hanging rivet.
