Let me take a moment to introduce myself to anyone new here. I’m Erin.. Gray.. or Sugar Mama. I am a single mom to 4 kids. They range in age from 21 to 15. They are the reason I started this business. I also work full time at a local bowling center. I have worked there on and off since 1998.
I started this business by accident . I painted for one person, took pictures and posted them. Next thing I knew I was booking jobs regularly. Painting has been a lifesaver for my mental health. I throw on my headphones and can block out all of the things that stress me out. I love going to work (both jobs) every day. I am the sole business owner for Gray Paints. I do all the scheduling, communicating, painting, purchasing of supplies, cleaning of the brushes and rollers. It all falls on me. Between both jobs, I work almost 80 hours per week. Add in kids schedules and basic upkeep of our home. I understand it’s self induced. I might seem a little flighty. I might be a little forgetful. But I’m human.. lol.
