🏡 FOR SALE — Charming Beak-Front Bungalow
Tired of throwing your hard-earned seed away on rent? It’s time to OWN.
Introducing this one-of-a-kind handcrafted luxury birdhouse, located in a highly desirable neighborhood with excellent air traffic and absolutely NO HOA.
This stunning property features:
1 bedroom, 0 bathrooms — because birds don’t need plumbing.
Spacious open-concept entryway with convenient fly-in access.
Gorgeous rustic wood construction with enough character to make every other birdhouse on the block look cheap.
Dramatic architectural roof and a distinguished mustache that says, “I have my life together.”
Built-in 24/7 security system: the homeowner’s face looks permanently shocked, so predators will assume they’ve already been spotted.
Excellent natural ventilation.
Plenty of curb appeal — although technically there is no curb.
Close to feeders, trees, worms, and local nightlife.
Move-in ready. Just bring twigs.
Perfect for a young couple starting their first nest, an empty-nester looking to downsize, or one bachelor bird who wants the neighborhood to know he’s doing pretty damn well.
Previous owners flew the coop. Their loss is your gain.
🐦 OPEN HOUSE DAILY — just fly in. No appointment necessary.

Custom-built wooden rolling utility cart designed for barns, shops, garages, farms, or wherever you need organized mobile storage.

4 large storage drawers

Built-in top work/storage tray

Removable organizer

Removable side shelf/storage rack

Side shelf can be removed from the cart and hung on the wall using a French cleat

Large bottom shelf

Heavy-duty caster wheels

Easy push/pull handle

Solid handmade construction

I originally built this cart to make hog chores easier and keep everything organized in one place. After I finished it, I liked how useful it turned out so much that I decided I wanted one for my own woodworking shop too.

One of my favorite features is the removable side shelf. You can carry it with the cart when you need the supplies, then remove it and hang it right on the wall with a French cleat when you're finished. That way, the whole organizer can go from the cart to the wall without unloading everything.

These can be completely customized to whatever works best for you. More or fewer drawers, different drawer sizes, additional shelves, organizers, different handles, removable storage, or something designed specifically around your tools and supplies — tell me what would work for you and I can build it that way.

Great for hog chores, woodworking, automotive work, farm chores, tools, medications, paint markers, hardware and other supplies.

A friend asked if I could fix or redo the black military piece that his grand father made. So here are some test pieces I was playing around with.
Let me know what you all think so far or if there is anything I should add or change.
