One of my favorite parts of our conversation was when his payment arrived & I said "ok wow, this is probably too much".

His reply?

"Friends are supposed to pay friends for their business services & not take advantage of them just because they're friends. Your service is worth this much".

I pride myself on my copywriting & storytelling.

But I also have a strong customer service background so if I notice something's wrong & your site isn't performing like it used to--- I take the time to tell you.

Turns out my client's site manager had an Oops & unchecked her "Search Engine Visibility" box.

For over a month.

OOPS.

It's a good thing she hired me & not ChatGpt, because AI doesn't check in & send you a text when they notice they're unable to Google your site.

Machine learning tools can make good editors sometimes but they'll never be your friend.
