Use what you have…
Going to a small gathering later, my mom asked me to throw together a tray, this is not exactly what she meant, but it’s still going to be fantastic! Had to improvise on the dip because I pulled the ranch dressings out of the fridge and they were all bad. Sooooo… The dip is onion dip/soup mix, mayo, pickle juice, ranch powder seasoning. It’s actually very good and if I made this for myself at home, I would’ve used cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise. Also in the tray: elk pepperoni, elk summer sausage, feta stuffed green olives, pickled okra, carrot coins, radish, Cucumber.

Doing this for dinner today. I’m doing coconut amino‘s instead of soy sauce. I also have venison steak in the crockpot that is still frozen, and I will cut it up after it cooks for a little bit. I’m going to add the broccoli and also some peppers later.

Crockpot meal!
The recipe will be in the comments. This video shows most of the ingredients used. Not pictured is 2 pounds of ground elk, Worcestershire sauce, and some frozen chopped onions. I followed the suggestion of cooking the meat in the crockpot for 7 hours with the beef bone broth, beef bouillon (2 cups water plus a heaping teaspoon of bouillon), and Worcestershire sauce… I also added the onion soup mix, and the mushrooms to the meat cooking for seven hours. I did Mexican crema instead of sour cream, I used protein penne instead of egg noodles because that is what I had. I did not add the salt because I had the onion soup mix. Did hit it with salt & pepper when serving.  have fun with it!

2 pan dinner (cuz I made too much to fit in 1)!
2 flavors chicken sausage: apple, pineapple bacon sautéed in pan with avocado oil.
Apples, brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots, lemon juice, S&P, avocado oil, water…. Sautéed in pan.

Chicken thighs, carrots, potatoes, asparagus, sweet onion, red onion, green pepper, garlic cloves… Avocado oil, salt, pepper, lemon peel, thyme, lemon juice
