Another lovely home in Berkley. The feedback has been that’s it’s too small. Hopefully, potential buyers will see how smaller homes can be very charming. I tried to add a little fun to an add-on sunroom in the back. 😊🙏🏼 But I forgot a placemat and have run back and get it…SMH…🤪
