The guest bathroom at The Loch Leven Lodge is complete! Let’s take a trip down memory lane at the process it look to get here :) That glass tile above the shower HAD TO GO 🙅🏼‍♀️ but I needed to replace it with another waterproof solution so I added PVC trim around the entire room to create a color-capped chunky crown. I love how it turned out! Paint color is Canyon Clay by Sherwin Williams 😍

No matter which angle you look at her, she’s stunning! And she’s held up beautifully considering we finished this project two years ago 😅 I designed several spaces in this home in collaboration with my extremely talented clients who diy’d a majority of the construction! 🤯 From demoing the floors and soffits, to reconstructing and refacing all the existing cabinetry, to several other projects (not pictured), I truly don’t think there’s anything they can’t do when given the design direction 👏🏼 So proud of this one and I know they are too! 🥰

Welcome to the Loch Leven Lodge 🥹 this is such a proud moment to finally be sharing the finished space with you all! It’s been 8 months of non-stop work on this place and I couldn’t be happier with how she turned out 🥰 It would mean the world to me if you could share this post or head on over to my stories for the Airbnb link to get the word out. She will be available for bookings August 1st and I promise the bathrooms will be done by then 😅

As you know, this has been such a labor of love remodeling this sentimental home. My family and I can’t wait to be able to enjoy it for years to come and share it with the public in between 😊 The listing is currently marked for 30 days or longer but we’d honestly prefer nightly guests (2 night min) so please reach out to me if you’d like to come for a weekend and I will open up the listing to accommodate! 🙏🏼

We are also open to longer tenants if it’s the right fit and have created a listing on Furnished Finder as well. If you know anyone traveling to the area for work (nurses, firefighters, etc) or displaced from their home for any reason— please send them my way! I’d love to help provide a comfortable place to stay! 🏠

J U N E 💫

It was an exhausting and extremely fulfilling month! Photoshoots, completed projects, new projects, and lots of Airbnb projects 😅 with a little fun sprinkled in! The highlight was definitely making a new deer friend 🦌 and finding my new place to call home 🏠 One month until move-in! 👏🏼 Here’s to even more on the horizon for July 🥂💕
