Thrilled to hit a personal milestone this week in my business. For the past year and a half I have made a lot of sales. Those sales have all, directly or indirectly, been connected through people I know. The appreciation has been very real. But this week, for all I can tell, I made my first sale to someone who found me through my Etsy shop and requested a custom order of 2 boards. Finished up a gorgeous cherry brick pattern board this weekend along with a hexagon kitchen utensil holder. Also making progress on this awesome custom octagon bird feeder! Looking forward to getting a roof on this bad boy!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for you all. I haven’t been posting a lot recently, but haven’t stopped making custom pieces. I was commissioned to make a custom hexagon bird feeder which would require some pretty tuned angles with my miter saw. Unfortunately my current saw was over 15 years old and no longer was able to make those super crisp angled cuts.

Thanks to you all (and a nice Father’s Day gift card), I was able to invest in a new saw today that is going to elevate my work! So THANK YOU all for the support!
