“This little hand-painted dish traveled halfway around the world! It was made in Japan between 1945 and 1952, during the Allied occupation following World War II. Pieces marked ‘Occupied Japan’ were only produced for about seven years, making them easy to date and a favorite among vintage collectors today.”
