This was my first time embroidering on denim — she found me through a local Facebook group, came to me with an idea she’d seen online, and trusted me to design and stitch something that felt like hers.

How to do a French knot without it falling apart. The trick: tension and keeping the thread wrapped tight. Don’t go back through the same hole. Be sure to save this one if you’re learning!
