Cubby's Cookies Cubby’s Cookies was born in a messy kitchen after bedtime snacks went too far.

Run by a stay-at-home mom fueled by caffeine and sprinkles, every cookie is hand-decorated with love (and a steady-ish piping hand). Four years ago, after my daughter was born, I picked up baking as a little creative outlet during nap times and late nights. What started as just a fun way to make treats for family and friends quickly became Cubby's Cookies.

Hi there, friends!

I’m Spencer! Owner, baker, decorator, dishwasher, customer service department, and HR behind Cubby’s Cookies. 😂

I’m a stay-at-home mom who apparently decided raising two little humans wasn’t chaotic enough, so naturally I added a cookie business. Pssssst, the one hobby I’ve picked up that has actually stuck haha

Most of your cookies are made after bedtime, fueled by a disgusting amount of coffee and bidding on exotic tropical plants on Palmstreet, all while questioning why I decided your set needed 14 different icing colors.

Thanks for keeping me busy enough to continue convincing my husband that buying more cookie supplies is, in fact, a legitimate business expense. Looking forward to helping you with your next order ☺️
