I’m so grateful to be working with a wonderful family to bring their waterfront dream condo to life—a place designed for entertaining their extended family and enjoying their favorite pastime: sailing.Our focus is on comfort, warmth, and timeless design, drawing inspiration from St. Pete’s colors and lifestyle. With a family member who’s an artist and a deep love for travel, we’re creating custom pieces to showcase their artwork and treasures—adding soul and storytelling to their new build.A key design element is the harmony of natural materials. I’ve carefully selected beautifully complementing wood finishes, custom fabric sofas, and organic textures like jute, sisal, alabaster, linen, and seagrass - all coming together for a relaxed, coastal, lived-in feel.We started the design process last year and our incredible trade and construction partners are already hard at work on custom furnishings and built-ins.I hope you enjoy following along as we bring this modern coastal sanctuary to life!
