Cherry Cheesecake Lush 🍒🍰
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16-ounce) container whipped topping, divided
2 (3-ounce) packages cheesecake flavored pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 can LUCKY LEAF® Premium Cherry Fruit Filling & Topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Prepare Crust
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Step 3: Cream Cheese Layer
5. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
6. Mix until smooth and spread evenly over the cooled crust.
Step 4: Pudding Layer
7. In another bowl, combine the cheesecake pudding mix, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Mix until smooth.
8. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in the pan.
Step 5: Cherry and Topping
9. Top the pudding layer with the LUCKY LEAF Cherry Fruit Filling, spreading it evenly.
10. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the cherry filling.
11. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
Step 6: Chill and Serve
12. Refrigerate the Cherry Cheesecake Lush for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.
