Originally from Texas but proudly calling New Hampshire home for nearly 30 years, Shelly turned her passion for bringing people together over beautiful and delicious food into something truly special. What started as creating charcuterie boards for family and friends quickly blossomed into a business dedicated to elevating celebrations of all sizes.

At Southern Graze Charcuterie, every board and grazing table is thoughtfully handcrafted with a touch of Southern flair — creating experiences that not only taste amazing but leave a lasting impression on your guests.
