❤️ Wicked Warmth is back. ❤️
And honestly… I never really went anywhere.
I just stopped.
After losing my mom, I found myself putting everything on hold. I stopped making patterns. I stopped creating. I stopped working on Wicked Warmth unless I absolutely had to.
Somewhere in the back of my mind, I think I believed that if I just ignored everything long enough, maybe the reality of my mom being gone wouldn’t feel so real.
Unfortunately, grief doesn’t work that way.
Wicked Warmth was created in my mom’s memory. It was created in her honor. It was created as a way to keep her memory alive.
Creating has always been more than just creating for me. Wicked Warmth became my way of grieving. My way of taking something that brought me so much love and turning it into something that could bring comfort to someone else who might be struggling.
Every pattern, every stitch, every piece I create is a little piece of that.
And for a while, I just couldn’t do it.
But my mom deserves to be remembered. She deserves to have her memory carried forward, celebrated, and woven into everything that comes next.
So I think it’s finally time for me to start doing that again. ❤️
With a very full heart, I want to say thank you.
Thank you to every single person who kept supporting Wicked Warmth while I stepped away.
Thank you for the random orders that came through when I wasn’t expecting them.
Thank you for every kind comment.
Thank you for every share, every purchase, every message, and every bit of encouragement.
And thank you to the handful of you who ordered patterns from me and were left waiting while I was trying to navigate a life I didn’t know how to navigate.
I have not forgotten you.
I will be reaching out personally to each of you, and you will be receiving two free patterns as my apology and my thank-you for your patience. These will be the very first things I take care of.
From there, I have some work to do. I’ll be getting online, fixing up my storefronts, getting everything organized, and making sure Wicked Warmth is ready to move forward.
Then I’ll be focusing on the patterns and customers who were left on hold.
And after that…
Wicked Warmth will be back in full force. 🖤
I know this business is more than just a business to me.
It is my mom's memory.
It is her legacy.
It is a piece of her that I get to carry with me.
And it is my way of turning my grief into something good.
If I can create something that gives even one person a little comfort on a hard day… if I can give someone something to focus on when life feels heavy… if I can make someone smile, even for a moment, then I know I’m doing exactly what Wicked Warmth was meant to do.
So thank you for keeping it alive when I couldn’t.
Thank you for keeping my mom’s memory alive when I couldn’t.
Thank you for giving me the space, grace, patience, and support to find my way back.
I’m ready to create again.
I’m ready to make patterns again.
I’m ready to build again.
Wicked Warmth is back.
And this time, I’m bringing Mom with me. ❤️🖤
