Gianna & Justin’s May wedding at Hotel Emma 💗

We leaned into a palette of pinks and greens for this garden-inspired wedding, incorporating pearls, fruit, flowing vines, and lots of blooms from our flower farm. We wanted the design to feel fun, unique, abundant, and effortlessly pretty while tying in with Hotel Emma’s iconic courtyard. It was a beautiful day! 🥹🩷

One of my favorite parts of designing this wedding was being intentional with color. We didn’t sprinkle every color from the palette into every design. Instead, we let each moment have its own story.

The cake florals stayed soft with just cream and lavender. Other spaces carried the deeper merlots, burgundies and rich greens. By giving each area room to breathe instead of mixing every color everywhere, the entire wedding felt more cohesive, elevated, and impactful.✨

A time was had. ✨

We had the pleasure of attending the 2026 Wed Society San Antonio Book of Weddings Magazine Release Party a few weeks ago.

Celebrating our wedding being named 2025 Wedding of the Year, seeing seven Pétale Haus weddings featured throughout the magazine, and designing the florals for the event all in one evening was incredibly surreal.

From the custom signage florals and vessels with to sculptural dinner table florals featuring smokebush, orchids, and other seasonal goodness, and teaming up with to select the perfect floral color palette and vessels—all of the design was created to celebrate this incredible wedding community.

Okay... I finally made a flower purse. ✨

I’ve been seeing these everywhere, so I challenged myself to make one using only what I had on hand. Everything was harvested from the farm this morning, and it ended up being such a fun little design experiment.

Now my brain is already dreaming up version two with an even more curated color palette and flower selections. 😜

We had the pleasure of flowering the Summer Light open house with BBJ La Tavola, designing each floral moment to complement and enhance the featured linen collections throughout the space. Every table felt like its own study in color, texture, and movement — layered, playful, artful, and deeply inspired by the textiles themselves.

The bar piece was easily my favorite design of the day. I created it to mirror the pinstripe linen and napkins with a sculptural mix of green, blue, and white blooms that felt graphic, fresh, and expressive.

I’m absolutely obsessed with how everything came together and cannot wait to add these linen samples to our design board at the studio for future weddings and events. ✨
