Pillsbury cinnamon rolls… but make them UBE. 💜

Took the classic shortcut and gave it a Filipino twist: I folded ube extract + ube halaya right into the Pillsbury frosting, then slathered it over warm cinnamon rolls.

Sweet. Buttery. Cinnamon-y. Ube-y. And dangerously easy. 😆

Sometimes the best kitchen experiments start with: “What if I put ube in this?”

🍳 Adobo Fried Eggs? Hear me out…

Sometimes the simplest dishes are the ones that surprise you the most.

Crispy-edged fried eggs. A savory soy-vinegar adobo sauce. Toasted garlic. A bowl of hot steamed rice.

That’s it.

I made Adobo Fried Eggs for the first time, and I can honestly say this is going into my regular rotation. The rich yolks blend with the tangy adobo sauce to create a meal that’s comforting, satisfying, and packed with flavor—all with ingredients most of us already have at home.
