Hey 👋
I wanted to tell you all about my new plans for the business. Starting in the new year I will not longer be focusing on making resin art that requires molds. I still plan to make geodes, practice ocean art + flowers and preservation etc.
I have felt this way for some time. When I first started doing resin last year, it was months into the pandemic and I needed an outlet. I never considered myself an artist until I picked up resin as a medium. I was always artsy, I could sketch well and liked to paint. But I never felt quite good enough.
I’m really thankful for this medium, it’s fun, fluid, I’ve learned so much and met some really cool people along the way. I’ve not only learned about resin - I’ve also learned a lot about myself, what I want and what some of my future goals are. I still don't have a clear vision but I
know that I want the space and opportunity to
try new things and invest more time into other
Crafts/ hobbies.
I’m not fully sure what this page will look like this time next year but that’s okay!
I want to be clear that this isn’t an ending. Its a new beginning, I’m choosing to pivot.
I want to take time to make each item and create pieces that I love so I’m not just quickly making things for what I think others will like. It’s the easiest way to feel burnt out.
I’m choosing to stop pushing myself too hard to make sure everything is perfect. I don’t want to be trapped to any one medium. I just want to make things that make me happy and share them with you all!

I will continue to post some of the things I’ll be making as customs/ gifts still. And then I’ll
Be taking a break to regroup.
