From immersive colors and dreamy lighting to interactive moments and joyful details, every corner was designed to transport guests into a magical world where ice cream becomes an experience, not just a dessert. 🎠🍨💫

This project was all about creating emotional connection, Instagram-worthy moments, and a memorable customer journey that people will want to come back to again and again. 🚀

When someone walks by your restaurant or dessert shop, they’re not thinking logically.

Every year new trends appear in retail and hospitality. Some come from design, others from marketing, and sometimes the most interesting ones come from how products are packaged and sold.

Lately, I’ve been noticing an idea in retail that dessert shops could adopt very successfully: the “surprise box.”

In several retail stores today, customers can buy a pre-packed bag filled with different items for a fixed price. Instead of selecting each product individually, the customer receives a curated selection chosen by the store. The experience becomes part of the purchase — not just buying products, but discovering them.

Now imagine applying this idea to dessert shops.
