Your brain gets better at whatever you do more of. I recognize that sentence has grammatical issues… but its an inspiring truth, nevertheless. I am enjoying watching the growth in my ability to see and reproduce shapes. Brains are so cool.

Something happened as I neared my last birthday, as I rounded the sun for the 58th time. I discovered that there was art inside of me. It has color and form and texture, and making it manifest makes me happy. It comes out of and connects me with a quiet place inside of me. It comes from and takes me to a wordless place. There is happiness there.
