Most people feel that downsizing is a daunting task. How are they going to fit what they have in a smaller space? Do they need to get small size furniture?

This downsize went from a 3800sf 4-bedroom home to a 1400sf 2-bedroom condo. We were able to rearrange the family room furniture from the house and bring it over to the living room of the condo. We had redone the family room just a few years earlier so being able to use the furniture in the new condo was very appealing. Measuring the new space and checking the space plan carefully was essential. With a slight change in the layout and some new accessories the new living room looks amazing.

If you are looking to downsize, have us come out and assess your current furnishings to see what will work in your new smaller place.
