Why Does She Create?

“ I have always felt a deep connection to art. Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, my creative journey began as a Marketing Director at the Museum of the History of St. Petersburg, where I was surrounded by architecture, and inspiring artists.

Traveling the world expanded my appreciation for different cultures and artistic traditions. For many years, I dreamed of working with clay, and when I finally took my first ceramics class I was instantly captivated. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion.

Nature continues to be my greatest source of inspiration. I am deeply moved by its resilience, quiet transformations, and organic beauty—whether in weathered stones, trees, seedpods, or marine life. Through clay (and jewelry), I love exploring texture, movement, and form, creating pieces that reflect both strength and delicacy. Each piece I make is a personal expression of transformation, connection, and the beauty I see in the natural world.”
