🌊 NEW CREATION — Beneath the Blue 🌊

This piece started with two things I really don’t like throwing away: a perfectly good glass bottle and leftover resin from my art projects. 😊

So I decided to give both of them another life.

I transformed the bottle into Beneath the Blue, a one-of-a-kind dimensional underwater world. Every marine embellishment was made from leftover epoxy resin and individually finished with different colored waxes to bring out the textures and details.

One of my favorite things about this piece is that both sides are completely different. 💙

One side features an octopus surrounded by fish, a ray, seahorse and other treasures of the deep. Turn it around and you’ll discover sea turtles, jellyfish, coral, fish and more.

Sometimes the best ideas come from complete accidents. 😊

My husband and I have been experimenting with different backgrounds for my newest mixed media dragonfly. We tried several lighter backgrounds, and I was still undecided.

Then something unexpected happened…

I painted this fluid art canvas a few years ago, but I never listed it for sale because I wasn’t happy with a few imperfections.

Today, being my usual klutzy self, I accidentally knocked it off the wall. 😅

I placed the dragonfly on top…

…and suddenly this old painting had a whole new life.

Sometimes the artwork you’ve been looking for has been hanging on your wall all along. 💙✨

Meet “Between Breath and Bloom” 🌿✨

This one took a little longer than usual — acrylic paint blended with real, dried botanicals (hydrangea, larkspur, baby’s breath) pressed right into the canvas. I wanted her to feel suspended in that quiet space between stillness and growth — part of the garden itself, not just standing in front of it.
