1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:

Marinate the Steak: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and cornstarch. Add the sliced steak and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Vegetables: While the steak marinates, thinly slice the onion and red bell pepper. Mince the garlic and ginger.
