Wild Dog WoodCrafting

Wild Dog WoodCrafting Using pallet and reclaimed wood gives Wild Dog WoodCrafting the chance to produce some uniquely beautiful products. Each piece is individually distinctive.

It should be noted that although there are specific patterns that are used, each piece is individually distinctive due to the species and figuring of the wood. Wild Dog prefers not to use oil stains and finishes, instead using household products that cause a reaction that darkens the wood, while some pieces are left out in the elements to achieve the final patina.

It has been a long time since I posted any of my work. My good friend John Elmore had challenged me to carve a Sasquatch. I channeled my inner R. Crumb and here are the results! "KEEP ON SQUATCHIN'".

I hope everyone is having a great holiday season!
I love making things for children. I had the opportunity to build this toy box for a little guy with an awesome name of Hendrix, And the opportunity to reconnect with his grandmother Denise Mehus. We lived on the same street for years and she always called it "her" street. 🙂
I have always had a great regard for our Armed Services, so when one of my neighbors asked me to make the Airborne insignias I was happy to oblige!
The last box for wine presentation was something that a lady had seen at my last craft fair. She was very happy when it was still available!
I'm looking forward to building a table for a friend this coming year with the possibility of a grand clubhouse birdhouse later in the year.
WildDog WoodCrafting Would like to wish all of you a wonderful New Year! After this last one we need it!

I recently had the opportunity to create and build a couple of projects for my good friend Valerie, that I know from high school. Note the design on the top of the bookcase, I included remnants of the corbels that had previously been installed under the counter where the large shelving unit currently is.
