Making your Own Hand Sanitizer is very easy to do. The important part is that you have the correct amount of alcohol in your mix to kill the pathogens. According to the CDC's latest release you need at least a 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol) content to do the job. Which means you will need Isopropyl Alcohol that is higher then 70% to start with.

Use a 3:1 ratio to get about a 76% alcohol content. Use 3/4 cup 70 -99 percent Isopropyl Alcohol and1/4 cup aloe vera gel. Whisk until incorporated. This will generally be thinner then store bought hand sanitizer. Rub gel onto hands until dry. πŸ™ŒπŸ˜ƒ
PS do not smoke or light candles while doing this project πŸ”₯
