So excited to finally announce my latest venture: in-person macrame classes with the absolutely outstanding 🥳

I’ve been following Black Squirrel’s story since I started A Knot Story and they are a crafter’s dream of inclusivity, diversity and conscious buying. Partnering with a small business that pours so much love, education and social responsibility into its community and self is something I’m proud to now be a part of ☺️

The Geometric Mandala

Since it’s been a while since I’ve posted, I thought I’d start by reintroducing the pieces I’ve created 😊

This mandala was one of my first creations and has become one of my most popular items! The colour combinations my clients have chosen.. 😍 Such a great statement piece for any home 🥰

Oh hey! It’s been a minute hasn’t it? 😅I’ve just been a little bit busy with my best creation ever ☺️

Baby A joined the team back in February and quickly rose through the ranks to Chief Cutie Patootie; offering up such advice as drool is a great accessory with any outfit, hands are great mouth stuffers and baby kisses are the best kisses 🥰

I’m currently still not taking orders as I have some VERY delayed projects for family to get done! 🙃 But I’m also going to use this opportunity to explore new pieces, styles and ideas ☺️

Anyways, it’s safe to say my time is very constrained these days, but I’ve been itching to get back to making! So while I might not be posting or making as much as I used to, I’m happy to say that I’m (slowly) coming back 😊

I’ve really missed macrame, creating and you! And not necessarily in that order 😉

Whenever I start a Basket Hanger, in all honesty, I dread it 😩

This plant hanger requires SO many knots and then trying to get the bottom perfectly level and flat is insanely hard and can require a lot of redo’s. Every step is hard!

But when it’s done… it’s so worth it 🥰
