"Welcome Home" - an elegant entrance hall meets the owners

I created the project with the idea that customers would be immersed in its beauty and comfort from the very beginning. Therefore, I paid a lot of attention to the hallway. 🙌

In order not to overload the space, there is a minimum of furniture in the hallway. I made a beautiful mirror and a console table as an accent in the room. This is not just a decorative corner, but also a convenient place to put your phone and keys. There is a shoe rack next to it.

Architectural supervision is when a designer looks after the repair team so that your repair turns out to be “designer” and not “construction”. In the process, deviations from the project often occur and drawings have to be corrected.

Of the most common problems:

❌ the builders did not take into account the dimensions of the sockets and doorways, made them at their own discretion or completely forgot;

❌ they pasted the wallpaper in the wrong place and there was not enough for the main walls;

There was a situation at the facility recently. The drywaller decided to ignore the project and make a niche for the curtains in his own way. How easy it is for him and in his opinion more beautiful. In landscape design, as in interior design, the main thing is to correctly and logically make a project. And then start decorating it.

For this you need:

🌳 Define separate zones and their purpose depending on the wishes and size of the site. For example: a barbecue area, a playground, an orchard, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool, etc.
🌳 Think over the filling of these zones, including plants.
