🥢 Sesame Butter Noodles 🍜
A quick, cozy, and flavor-packed noodle dish that hits all the right notes – nutty, spicy, savory, and a little sweet! 🌶️🥜
Ingredients (2 servings):
🍜 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
🧈 2 tbsp unsalted butter
🥜 2 tbsp sesame paste or smooth peanut butter
🌶️ 1 tbsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
🍯 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
🍶 1 tbsp soy sauce
🍋 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
💧 2-3 tbsp hot water (to loosen the sauce)
Toppings (optional but delicious):
🥚 Soft-boiled egg, halved
🌱 Sliced scallions
🥬 Shredded cabbage or cucumber
✨ Toasted sesame seeds
🔥 Chili flakes (for extra heat)

Instructions:
1. Boil Noodles 🍲
Cook ramen according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce 🥣
In a bowl, whisk together butter (melted), sesame paste, chili oil, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and hot water until smooth and creamy.
3. Toss it Together 🍽️
Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss well until evenly coated.
4. Serve & Top 🎨
Plate the noodles in a bowl. Top with soft-boiled eggs, shredded veggies, scallions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes.
