A grounds up project for weekend homes. It is a single scheme with all three structures following a consistent geometric language, integrating the built masses into open spaces. Interior spaces face the mountain ranges and the lake views. The natural slope of the site is incorporated in the internal layout and circulation. The interweaving of the inside and outside and constant connection to the landscape through the large courtyard and terraces is the true essence of these houses.

The requirement for space is ever growing and the challenge is to achieve this within the tight urban fabric of our current cities. Hence, for this bungalow located in the heart of Pune, it was decided that the expansion would be done vertically respecting the existing structure with the sole objective to achieve maximum space efficiency, while maintaining the basic structure and utilizing the area to create light, airy and open interior spaces. Along with the layout planning and construction ex*****on, the interior design also played a pivotal role in meeting the objective in the given constraints.

The brief asked for a high end interior design work for a row house in Pune. The structure needed to be transformed into a beautiful home with the understanding of client's requirements for an exclusive look and feel for the interiors. We brought is textures through unique materials, maximized the floor space and blended the walls and ceilings with integrated lighting features, resulting in a highly comfortable, bright and stylish interior environment.

Recently completed the interiors of a single family home. Started off with wall paint selection, planning for the furniture items, updating light fixtures and finally completing the spaces with large paintings & art work. Identifying homeowners personal style and transforming the spaces to match their taste was the main aim. The spaces have turned out elegant, vibrant and highly functional!😊
